Same day appointments are not available.
A 50% deposit is required through bank transfer.
Full refund for cancellations up to 96 hrs before appointment.
Cancellations within 4 days & 48 hrs are non-refundable but permitted to reschedule once & within 30 days only.
Appointments that are cancelled with less than 48 hrs notice will not qualify for refunds or rescheduling. In such cases, a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment.
